🎂 Do you make all your cakes by hand?
Yes! Every cake is handcrafted by our team of skilled bakers — never mass-produced. We put care, creativity, and attention into every order.
💻 Can I customise my cake online?
Absolutely. You can choose flavours, colours, toppers, and more directly on our website before placing your order.
📍 Do you deliver to my area?
We offer local delivery within select UK postcodes. Enter your postcode at checkout to check availability.
⏰ How much notice do you need for an order?
We recommend placing your order at least 3–5 days in advance. For larger cakes or special designs, more notice is appreciated.
💸 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit/credit cards and secure online payments at checkout.
🔁 Can I return or cancel my order?
All cakes are made to order and non-returnable. Cancellations must be made 7 days before your delivery/collection time. Any costs of accessories and ingredients will be deducted.
📦 What happens if I miss the delivery?
If you’re unavailable, we’ll try to contact you. A redelivery fee may apply, or you may need to collect the cake.
🧁 Do you cater for allergies?
Our cakes may contain allergens like eggs, gluten, dairy, and nuts.
📷 Will my cake look exactly like the photo?
Every cake is custom and handmade, so slight variations may occur. However, we always stay true to your selected design.
